RESOLUTION NO. 401-24
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PENN YAN – YATES COUNTY AIRPORT RULES AND REGULATIONS

WHEREAS, the Airport Council feels it is in the best interest to have documented rules and regulations for the Penn Yan - Yates County airport; and
WHEREAS, the FBO in conjunction with the Airport Council developed the document titled “KPEO Airport Rules and Regulations” dated 7/1/2024; and
WHEREAS, the Airport Council is recommending adoption by the Legislature and the County Attorney has approved the document as written;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Yates County Legislature agrees to the implementation of the KPEO Airport Rules and Regulations; and be it further
RESOLVED, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Airport Council, C&S Companies, all tenants and businesses using the Penn Yan – Yates County Airport.
